Elite offers various services to create or repair products for your project!
Our policy is to listen to the customer and understand the application of the intended design/product and what is important to the customer on completing the project in the necessary time. We will offer several levels of Elite’s engagement during this process and will accommodate to whatever the customer is comfortable with. We will be glad to exchange emails, participate in conference calls and/or meet in person as the projects needs require us to do so. Our services range from contract manufacturing and producing prototype or finalized production run parts to repairing in-the-field valves/damper products allowing for them to continue functioning as intended.
Contract Manufacturing
Elite now offers contract manufacturing to our customers with all-in-one solutions. We can design new or existing parts, prototype parts to perform form-fit product use, manufacture runs utilizing scrap to sheet use to reduce cost per part, break & form parts within allowed tolerances, perform additional product steps such as etching/engraving of product part numbers or manufactured date of parts, welding of advanced assemblies, powder coating or special anodizing of parts and final assembly testing before packaging. Our machine shop also offers various CNC options if parts need special taping sizes, countersinks, boring, etc. If you have a unique product to design, we can make it!
Valve & Damper Repair
Maintenance is key to keeping production moving and keeping an active line up and functioning. Some applications may not require a direct replacement yet but consumable parts are needed to be replaced to preserve the life and function of the valve/damper. Elite’s repair service is broken down into 3 steps: Receiving in the valve/damper in question and thoroughly inspecting what needs to be repaired and/or constructed, relaying back to the customer what is involved and the cost of repairs and finally performing the necessary work on the valve/damper to function correctly along with various testing procedures before shipping. If it is not in the budget to directly replace a valve/damper, we can plan repairs during specific shutdowns to accommodate schedules.
