Description
Elite Industrial Controls is a North Central Ohio manufacturer. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality service and products. In addition to our primary valve product lines we offer various sheet metal fabrication including custom circular fire rings and square fire pits. We work with you to design a fire ring you will want to show off to your guests during night fires. Various options are available in terms of designs, size and material.
At Elite we work with each of our customers on getting the exact design they are looking for. One example is from “Hot Shod Equestrian Center”, a local equestrian & stable association primarily focused on horse training. They provided us with a concept and using our customizing software, our engineering team created a unique design for their approval. Most designs are based on a repeat pattern to be shown from all angles (as shown below). All designs aim to take full advantage of the fire ring size and get the most out of the material used.
Once approved our engineers program the fire ring to run on our state-of-the-art laser. This allows for precision cutting of any shape or design within very small tolerances to ensure the final product is nearly identical to the approved concept. Once completed we roll the fire ring to the designated size and paint with a high temperature black paint. Other colors are available upon request. We can ship the product direct for an additional cost or it can be picked-up locally.
When placing your order please be sure to fill out the following information: design type (ring or pit), a specific size (Ø30”, Ø38”, 30” SQ, etc), determined height (12” or 15” tall), material type (12GA or 14GA carbon steel) and any details pertaining to the specific design requested. We offer a few extra options that are not standard including: support legs welded to the fire ring that are buried into the ground for a more permanent solution and various color options (these are limited in selection due to the temperatures exposed).
