Elite Industrial Controls has been in business for officially 1 year to this day. As of May 1st, 2019 Elite Industrial Controls purchased the Shan-Rod Valve brand and in a continue effort in manufacturing the quality valves many have known to trust. Since our first day we have made a large amount of changes and improvements to increase product efficiency, utilize our employees skill sets to improve products & processes and promote a high morale environment by encouraging everyone to contribute to decisions and be party of the team.
Elite has had challenges over the past year but have worked through them and come out the other side a stronger team. With Elite as an essential business we have the opportunity to continue business as usual through this confusing time of Covid-19. Even with the world changing and this being an uncertain time for some we plan to be successful for the remainder of 2020 providing a product we are happy to supply to our customers!
