Take a look at our latest project—a Ø72″ refractory lined damper, meticulously engineered for high-temperature industrial applications. What makes this project even more special is that we collaborated closely with our customer to reuse the existing Automax B200 S10 actuator from their previous damper. We had them send it to us, where we cleaned it up, rigorously tested it, and seamlessly integrated it into this new design.

• 𝗦𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵: This Ø72″ damper was reduced to Ø60″ with a robust refractory lining, making it ideal for handling temperatures up to 1,800°F while maintaining structural integrity.
• 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: The disc is manufactured from exotic RA253MA material and reinforced to ensure it withstands high pressure and temperature, while the shaft is made from INC. 800 HT, providing exceptional durability and stability.
• 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The Automax B200 S10 actuator, which has proven its reliability in previous installations, was re-mounted to deliver precise and dependable control.
