Recently, we encountered a challenge with the actuator manufacturer’s insert not being compliant with the original drawing specs. Fortunately, our vertical integration capabilities allowed us to quickly manufacture a new adaptor in-house. This enabled final controls to continue mounting and testing the damper automation, averting a major delay and minimizing impact.
To help offset the manufacturing timeline issues, we arranged a hot shot delivery with a 13-hour transit time. This ensured the dampers arrived on-site at 8:30 AM, helping to alleviate issues for the end client and minimize downtime.
This is a weld-in style damper equipped with heavy duty stub flanges. We applied a welding primer to the flanges of the dampers. This primer is essential for ensuring strong, reliable welds. Here are some key advantages:
