Elite Industrial Controls is proud to announce that we can offer laser cutting services for our valve manufacturing with precision tolerances and can now offer manufacturing of outside customer parts for mass production. Our Trumpf laser has the capabilities to allow any designed part to be cut up to 3/4″ (20MM) thick steel, 1/2″ (15MM) thick stainless and 3/8″ (10MM) thick aluminum. This ranges from standard steel, various grades & series of stainless steel and other exotic material.
With the laser precision tolerance our valve manufacturing efficiency has increased with cutting down individual part clean up compared to plasma slag that is left behind on each part. Orders that are set for automation with large quantity saves lead time by getting the parts packaged and shipped to the customer sooner.
Sheet utilization is key to production success. Using the latest nesting software our engineers are able to nest various projects together using the same material to get the most out of each sheet saving on cost of the project. Our goal is to aim for 80% utilization minimizing the scrap to <20%.
Let us be your part(s) manufacturer. We have optimized our procedures to allow part orders of a range of various quantities to be inserted into our production schedule. We can offer a *1-2 week turnaround on larger quantities for simple parts with/without 2nd procedure steps.
