- Model and style of each valve.
- Range of standard (Carbon Steel, 300 Series Stainless, Etc) to exotic (RA330, 253MA, Etc) manufacture materials.
- Temperature requirements to offer various heat shield options to preserve bearings and actuation.
- Additional testing required (Weld X-Ray, Dye Penetrant, Etc).
- Finalized machining options on each face of the valve.
Our machine shop can perform most additional services including detailed machine faces to secure a seal in nearly most applications. In our (2000) ANSI Class Wafer valve takes full advantage of machined faces to secure in place with the bolt-through design.
